I bring the tools I have used for ten years in coaching and facilitation into the most transformative setting there is. Everything is offered, nothing is compulsory — except the walking and the morning circle.

Morning talking circles

Each morning, a circle to set down what is happening inside, listen to others, and feel carried by the group.

Walking in silence

Stretches of silence while walking — to hear what everyday noise usually covers over.

Work in pairs

Exploring a specific subject two by two: projects, relationship to self, life transitions. The other as a kind mirror.

Gentle yoga & meditation

Free time in the shade — yoga, reading, meditation, napping. Idleness as a practice.

A powerful tool for exploring a project or a life question — and bringing what stays invisible into view.

Genuinely in love with the desert, with the sense of fullness and openness it brings, I decided to organise this initiatory journey to share there the powerful tools I use daily to support individuals and teams.

For ten years I have worked full time helping collectives and individuals find their balance, reconnect to their purpose and organise themselves. I work with organisations, entrepreneurs and people in search of meaning.

This journey is an invitation to experience what I offer differently — no longer in an office or a meeting room, but under an immense sky, with your feet in the sand.

Everything people ask me.

Is the walking difficult?

Each stage involves four to five hours of walking per day, on sandy and accessible terrain. You don't need to be an experienced hiker — general good fitness is enough. The pace is gentle and contemplative. The aim is not performance, it is presence.

Do I need experience in personal development?

No prior experience is required. This retreat welcomes people discovering this kind of work as much as those already well along an inner path. What matters is intention and openness.

What makes this different from other treks in Morocco?

It is not a trek, it is an inquiry. A professional coach-facilitator with ten years' experience accompanies you — not only a guide. Powerful tools (intuitive coaching, project constellations, yoga) are used in the most transformative setting there is. The group is limited to ten people to guarantee real depth of connection.

Is the journey organised from Belgium?

Yes. I am based in Belgium and organise this journey from there. Logistics start in Marrakech (flights not included). A group video call takes place before departure to prepare together, meet the other participants and answer any practical questions.

Is there follow-up after the retreat?

The desert plants seeds. What emerges during those six days keeps working long after the return. I remain available to participants who wish to go further, through individual coaching or other forms of support.

Force majeure

On presentation of a medical certificate, or in the event of a bereavement, a refund is possible (less €75 in administrative fees).

I recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover before booking. Write to me with any specific questions.
